How to Apply for a Rental or Lease

We will need several things from you in order to process your application:

1. Completed Application Form: Please complete both sides of the application provided by Ginger. Include your full name, social security number, date of birth, current address with the name of the person that you pay rent to. Sign the application.

2. Copies of your last two paycheck stubs or proof of income if you are self-employed (such as a tax return or bank statements showing income).

3. A xerox copy of your driver's license

4. $20 to run a credit report for each single adult or $30 for a married couple. (Please note that our credit screening is a specialized report that searches for rent defaults or evictions in addition to standard credit. This means that if you have a recent credit report that you would like us to use, we still may need to run a report through our system.)

NOTE: If your application is approved, all initial funds including the first month's rent and security deposit need to be in the form of a cashier's check or money order, no personal checks.
